Slow Cooker Meatball Stew

Slow Cooker Meatball Stew is a wonderful fall soup recipe. This meatball soup uses frozen meatballs and a slow cooker that is perfect for a busy family! If you are looking for fall recipes, be sure to add this meatball stew to your recipe box!

Ingredients
  1. 1 bag of frozen home style meatballs
  2. 1 cup of baby carrots
  3. 3 red potatoes (cut up)
  4. 1 small onion (chopped)
  5. 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  6. 2 celery stalks (chopped)
  7. 6 oz sliced mushrooms
  8. 2 cups beef broth
  9. 1 (10 oz) jar Bistro Au Jus gravy
  10. 1 tablespoon thyme
  11. Green onions (chopped for garnish)
Instructions
  1. In a slow cooker, put everything in it.
  2. Give it a nice stir and put it on low.
  3. Let cook for about 6-8 hours
  4. Ladle some the stew into a bowl, garnish with the green onions and ENJOY!
