  11. 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  12. 3 cups vegetable broth
  13. 2 tsp maple syrup
  14. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  15. 3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
  16. 2 cups kale, shredded
  17. salt & pepper to taste
  18. crushed peanuts and cilantro to top

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat the avocado oil in a large pot on medium-high heat.
